Shipping within the Attica basin

Mattress deliveries for areas within the Attica basin are carried out daily from 09:00 - 17:00 (excluding Saturday, Sunday and all official holidays), in scheduled 3-hour appointments following telephone contact made by the responsible shipping department.

The shipping cost is calculated in the cart upon completion of the order and concerns curbside delivery.

For deliveries of mattresses to floors with difficult access and where deemed necessary by the Company, a lifting machine is used, at the customer's expense, the cost of which service ranges from €50 to €70 (including 24% VAT). In cases where there is insufficient information from the customer or our technicians determine that there is a lack of access for delivery, the delivery will be postponed and rescheduled with an additional charge each time.

Shipping outside the Attica basin and province

  • Delivery by Transport . Mattress shipments to areas outside the Attica basin in mainland or island Greece are delivered by a cooperating shipping company with shipping costs as calculated in the cart upon completion of the order and delivered to the curb .
  • Delivery to an Agency . Mattress shipments to areas outside the Attica basin in mainland or island Greece are delivered FREE to the headquarters by the agreed shipping agency. The cost of transportation from the agency to the final destination is borne by the customer . The receipt stamp of your agency certifies the excellent condition in which the mattress was delivered by us.
    Our Company bears no responsibility for any damage during the transport of the product from the agency to the final destination.

Pickup from warehouse

If you wish, you can pick up your products without additional shipping costs, and after a telephone appointment, from our warehouse in Magoula, Attica, Oinois-Magoula and Agios Stylianos provincial road, Chavosi location ( map ) every Tuesday & Thursday 8:00 - 14:00. The delivery department will contact you to determine the desired day and time of pickup.

RETURNS | CANCELLATIONS

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

At BED AND BATH LINEN S.A. we carry out continuous checks to ensure the excellent quality of our products. If for any reason you wish to return or cancel your order, you have the option to do so within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt. A prerequisite is that the product is in its closed commercial packaging and is accompanied by the receipt or purchase invoice.

You can also deliver the mattress to be returned in its original condition and packaging to our central warehouse in Magoula, Attica, provincial road Oinois-Magoulas and Agios Stylianos, Chavosi location ( map ) every Tuesday & Thursday 8:00 - 14:00, and after prior telephone contact , providing proof of purchase.

RETURN CHARGES

The customer must return the product in the same condition in which it was received without the packaging having been opened, for hygiene reasons, with all its accessories, accompanying documents and its packaging in excellent condition. Any other or additional benefit that was given with it in view of the purchase (e.g. gift vouchers, additional or other product, etc.) must also be returned. The return of the item is accepted only if the buyer has first paid any amount charged to the Company for sending the item to him and the shipping costs for returning the item, if it is not done by him. The costs of transporting the mattress to and from the customer are deducted from the refundable amount.

The only exception to not charging shipping costs when returning products is in the case of a defective product and after this is proven by the quality control process that follows the return.

In the event that the products are returned damaged, incomplete or their value has been reduced by handling that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the products, the Company has the right to request compensation from the Customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without any other party to a total or partial offset of this claim against the Customer.

The refund process usually takes 20 business days from the date of receipt of the product at our Company's central warehouse. The refund to the Customer is always made by the same means with which the initial transaction was made. Specifically in the case of a charge via credit card as follows: in the event that the price has been paid to the Company by the Bank by the time of withdrawal and return of the item, the Company will be obliged to inform the Bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the Bank will proceed with any action provided for based on the contract it has drawn up with the Customer. The Company, following this information, bears no further responsibility for the time and manner of executing the reversal.

The declaration of withdrawal is exercised in writing via e-mail to the address info@bedandbath.gr and the Company is obliged to send confirmation of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal as soon as it reaches it.

Exceptions to withdrawal:

There is no right of withdrawal for products that are not suitable for return (damaged or incomplete) or that have been unsealed (opening the packaging) or have been used after delivery for health protection and hygiene reasons.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized for the specific consumer.

ELECTRONIC DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The body that covers our online store for out-of-court dispute resolution is the Consumer Ombudsman.
