If you choose to pay by Cash on Delivery, you will be paying the total amount of your order to the courier company employee upon delivery / receipt of your parcel. The cash on delivery payment option has an extra charge of +1,50 € and is available for orders worth up to 300€.

The deposit should state as a reference/reason for payment the number of your order, or the numbers of your orders in case there is more than one.

The processing of your order will start only after the deposit confirmation and the delivery time is calculated from then on. If the deposit has not been confirmed within 3 working days, the order will be canceled.

If you choose to pay by debit or credit card, you are transferred to a secure website of the Cooperating Bank, interconnected with Bed & Bath’s website, and complete the payment by entering the following details:

Card number, month and year of expiry date of your card, name of the cardholder and the three-digit authentication number (CVV/VISA or CVC/MC).

The customer is solely responsible for the correct recording and truthfulness of the credit card details.

BED AND BATH is prohibited from storing, either digitally or physically (in written form), data related to the authentication number of the cardholder (CVV/VISA or CVC/MC).

Bed & Bath does not store, either digitally or physically (in written form), information related to the card and its authentication number.

The Cooperating Bank checks the card details and informs you, within approximately ten (10) seconds, of the approval or rejection of the transaction, while sending the unique transaction confirmation code assigned by the Cooperating Bank. Upon approval of the transaction, you will be informed with a similar success message and at the same time an email will be sent to you with the details of your transaction.
