How will you use the warranty on the mattress you purchased?

Make sure you have read and followed the Terms of Proper Use of Mattresses.

If a manufacturing defect appears in the mattress you have purchased, you should follow the procedure below. In order to begin the process of evaluating the mattress warranty from the supplier, you should gather the following necessary documents, which you should send to us at info@bedandbath.gr.

If all documents are not collected, the evaluation process cannot begin .

The subject of the email should include the phrase "Mattress Warranty Use" and the name with which the purchase was made.

In the body of the email you should include:

1. Name under which the mattress was purchased
2. Store where the mattress was purchased
3. Purchase date
4. Mattress model
5. Description of the mattress problem
6. Contact details: Mobile and Address*

Required attachments that should accompany your email.

1. Proof of purchase.
2. Mattress guarantee.
3. Photos (the entire mattress - photo 1 -, the label with the name of the mattress, the label with the mattress barcode, the problem that appears - e.g. photo 4 -, the entire mattress base without the mattress - photo 2,3 -).

There will then be an evaluation of the case and a final answer to the issue within 5 working days!

* In some cases, a check by a specialized technician may be required.

* Bed & Bath reserves the right to refuse the expert opinion service if the mattress shows stains.
