Bed and Bath sends the customer the products ordered by him accompanied by the corresponding tax documents (shipping note, retail receipt or shipping note, invoice) while simultaneously providing the user/subscriber with all relevant information in accordance with applicable legislation.

Upon receipt of the ordered products, the user/subscriber signs the "voucher" of the transport company and the shipping slip, retail receipt or shipping slip, invoice of the Company.

Delivery is made within ten (10) business days from the date of order. In exceptional cases, and after prior notification to the user/subscriber, the delivery time of the products may be extended (indicatively and not limitingly, e.g. cases of strike or extreme natural phenomena are mentioned).

Shipping costs for online orders are calculated upon Order Completion and are proportional to the weight of the order.
In cases of low weight but large volume, the Volumetric Weight of the order is calculated as the weight.

The shipment of mattresses, furniture and orders with a large volume/weight, which cannot be handled by courier, is done either with a cooperating transport company or through a transport agency at the customer's choice during Order Completion.
